Creating a New Campaign
Step-by-step campaign setup process:
Automatic Stop on Reply
Shakehand automatically stops sending follow-up emails to a lead as soon as an incoming reply is detected in the inbox.
1. Click Create Campaign from the sidebar.
2. Add Steps: Initial Email, Follow-up 1, Follow-up 2, Break-up Email.
3. Use Shakehand AI to generate sales outreach email templates based on your product description.
4. Add follow-up steps with delay settings (e.g., Wait 3 days after Step 1).
5. Select your target Lead List and review sending schedule.
6. Click "Publish Campaign" to start automated outreach.
